Study on Compilation Method of Load Spectrum for Bench Test of Mounting Bracket of Anti-Roll bar Connecting Rod
摘要
Based on the load (stress) -time history of vehicle anti-roll bar connecting rod bracket, the compilation method of the bench program spectrum is studied. Based on the spectrum decomposition method in vibration fatigue theory, the measured wide-band random signal is converted into a narrow-band constant amplitude load signal of equal frequency and applied to the bench test. Based on the basic theory of fatigue in frequency domain, the expression of equivalent stress in frequency domain is derived, and the damage rate calculation method of equivalent stress in frequency domain is given. According to the damage consistency principle, the root-mean-Square error ratio between the calculated damage rate and the measured stress damage rate was used as the objective function to calibrate the program load amplitude, and the calibrated damage ratio ranged from 1.23 to 5.87.The damage results of the frequency-domain method are compared with those of the quasi-static loading in the time domain. The results show that the error bands of the frequency-domain method and the time-domain method range from 4.56% to44.35%, indicating that the stress response of the structure can be accurately reflected by the proposed test bench loading scheme. The research results provide a new idea for the compilation of the platform spectrum of stabilizer bar linkage support based on the measured data.
