This paper mainly introduces a lightweight design method of heavy trucks under multidisciplinary optimization, combining multi-body dynamics, material mechanics, finite element analysis and automobile reliability theory. This method is based on ADAMS to simulate the whole vehicle working condition, FEM structural finite element analysis, bench test to draw the S/N curve of parts, and Ncode to extract the road spectrum, so as to accurately realize the lightweight design of parts and components of heavy trucks before the whole vehicle test.

摘要
