A Self-Recovery Strategy in Pre-fault State for Electric Drive System
摘要
The electric drive system is one of the core systems of new energy vehicles. Whether the electric drive system is in its normal working condition is directly related to the driving safety of the vehicle. As the level-3 fault is considered as the highest level fault in the fault diagnosis of electric drive system, in the conventional scheme it is generally designed to stop and re-sleep the vehicles to recover the fault after entering the FW/ASC safety state, with the vehicle exhibiting break down. Herein, it is proposed a self-recovery strategy in “Pre-Fault” state for the electric drive system. After the occurrence of faults, the electric drive system can realize the fault self-recovery in the whole speed range without obvious perception of the occupants in the vehicle, realizing the recovery of electric driving force in the driving process. After the introduction of this strategy, the vehicle breaking down caused by the “miss-diagnosis” of the electric drive system is greatly reduced, and the driving safety and driving experience are greatly improved.
