With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the performance and consistency of vehicles have gained widespread attention. During operation, vehicles encounter transient pulses that may have irreversible effects on critical electrical components. This study aims to thoroughly investigate the theory of low-voltage transient pulses in vehicles and analyze real vehicle test cases to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving vehicle performance and consistency. By summarizing the causes and characteristics of transient pulses and their impacts on vehicle performance, this paper designs a series of real vehicle test cases for verification. Theoretical research and test results are analyzed to propose targeted optimization suggestions and control strategies. These recommendations not only help enhance vehicle stability but also serve as practical references for car manufacturers and engineers.

摘要
