As mentioned earlier, people can draw a conclusion, that is, since the early 1980s, the combination of various international and domestic factors has given China the greatest opportunity for once, namely the “convergence” of globalization and modernization. In other words, globalization has provided an open and favorable environment for China’s internal modernization, which has effectively contributed to the modernization of China in all aspects. What impact, then, will the dramatic changes in the international environment today have on the world modernization? Here, we are mainly concerned about the issues in the two broad aspects.
