As the ancient Chinese saying “thirty years to the east of the river, thirty years to the west of the river” reveals, today not only is hyper-globalization no longer, but the world has entered the era of “troubled times”. Although globalization will continue at the level of goods trade and capital flow, and the diffusion of technology will not cease, yet globalization as the driving logic of world affairs has ended.
