With the rapid development of the oil and gas industry, the capacity of production facilities tends to be large-scale, the construction and production of facilities are integrated, and public utilities are centrally supplied. Due to the scale of the facilities and the relationship of process production, the facilities will emit a large amount of waste gas under accident conditions such as start-up and shutdown, equipment failure, water stoppage, gas stoppage, power outage, fire, and misoperation, and these waste gases are mostly flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gases. In order to prevent accidents and ensure equipment and personal safety, venting and flare systems need to be set up to handle the emitted flammable and explosive substances. The general method is to collect the venting branch pipes into the venting main pipe, send the gas to the flare through the venting main pipe, and discharge it into the atmosphere after combustion treatment, minimizing its impact on the environment and production safety.
