Carbon Credit Earned {[CC]earned} by Sustainable Photovoltaic Thermal (PVT) e-Rickshaw and Plantation at BPS, Ballia (UP), India
摘要
In the present study, the carbon credit earned, [CC]earned by an experimental investigation on photo-voltaic Thermal (PVT) e-rickshaw with lithium battery and tree plantation at BPS Ballia (UP), India, has been carried out for Indian composite climatic condition. The PVT e-Rickshaw and tree plantation in barren land have been considered for semi-rural transportation to sustain environment and climate. Two types of opaque photo-voltaic (PV) module, namely tedlar and flexible aluminum (AL)-based photo-voltaic thermal (PVT) air duct roof integrated e-Rickshaw have been considered for study. These will be referred as shielded PVT e-Rickshaw. For comparison, one e-rickshaw has been integrated on the roof with open air gap from all sides with opaque PV module which will be referred as unshielded PVT e-Rickshaw. Monthly performance for carrier of (1) school children, (2) passengers, and (3) load for Indian composite climates for rural transportation has been considered along with yearly CO2 capture by each tree planted at BPS school. Based on the studies, the following observations have been drawn:
