Tuberculosis has been described as a disease with protean manifestations. In keeping with its versatility, the disease can present with a wide range of radiological and CT patterns. In this chapter an attempt has been made to familiarise clinicians with the broad range of its presentation, and to associate radiological patterns with the pathology of tuberculosis. The information presented may also be used to check whether a given imageological pattern met with in clinical practice is consistent with a diagnosis of tuberculosis. The patterns of primary and post-primary tuberculosis have been discussed separately. Patterns associated with the sequelae of tuberculosis have also been discussed in context.
