Using Phenomenological Waveforms to Achieve High-Precision Frequency Measurements for Extreme Mass Ratio Inspiral Gravitational Wave Signals

Extreme mass ratio inspirals (EMRIs) are one of the primary gravitational wave sources of astrophysical origin detectable by TianQin. It is crucial to accurately identify EMRI signals with high frequency resolution ( \(\sim 10^{-6} \,\textrm{Hz}\) ). This paper serves as both an introduction and a supplementary explanation to the phenomenological waveform search discussed in [1]. It highlights the advantages of using phenomenological waveforms with nested sampling methods for high-precision frequency measurement.
