However, the power semiconductor switch is one of the most fragile components due to the limitations of the material and the manufacturing process. Statistics indicate that about 34% of the power converter system’s failures are caused by the power device and soldering failures [1]. Therefore, it is important to develop the fault-tolerant control technology to improve system reliability.
