Control Technology of Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems for Leakage Current Suppression
摘要
In photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems, the parasitic capacitor is introduced between PV panels and the grounds, which inevitably leads to the leakage current. The leakage current causes electromagnetic interference, distorts the output currents quality and threatens people safety. Thus, the leakage current suppression is the primary issue in the design of PV inverter, and attracts wide attention. Different countries have developed standard requirements for leakage current. For example, the VDE 0126-1-1 restricts the root mean square (RMS) value of leakage current under 300 mA when the PV inverter power level below 30 kVA [1].
