The documents relate to different aspects of the overall activity viz. preparation of project plans, management of execution contracts, proper minuting of proceedings of meetings, monitoring of progress of project, period inspection and test reports, maintain safety records and careful recoding of changes, if any in any of the above. And, above all, all these documents need to be communicated in clear and comprehensible terms to all stakeholders.
