Respecting students’ individual differences, providing students with personalized education services and meeting the growth needs of different students are the inevitable requirements and key paths for the high-quality development of education. Accurate teaching is the only way to realize differentiated teaching, which has the outstanding advantage of improving teaching efficiency. At present, the front-line promotion of precision teaching faces three major challenges from teachers, students and data, and schools should sort out a set of effective action paths according to local conditions. This paper analyzes the difficulties in front-line precision teaching, explores a set of intelligent classroom teaching mode that grasps the “main field” of teaching, and analyzes its internal mechanism of innovation and empowerment of teaching and learning mode. Finally, it summarizes the action direction of reshaping classroom teaching scene, reconstructing teachers’ teaching process, changing students’ learning methods and accelerating teaching links in smart classroom. In the future, the school will deepen the application of smart classroom, focus on diversified and long-chain training methods, and help talents to “take the lead”.
