The Chinese modernization of rule of law is deeply rooted in the country’s excellent traditional legal culture. It represents a unique Chinese path to the modernization of rule of law, built upon the creative transformation and innovative development of outstanding traditional legal thoughts. Specifically, as the theoretical guide for advancing the Chinese modernization of rule of law, contemporary Chinese Rule of Law Philosophy inherits and develops many outstanding legal resources from the Chinese Legal Family.
