In the emergency response process of subway system, the reasonableness of emergency handling directly affects the size of casualties and property damage. This paper proposed a method for emergency process reengineering to handle the simultaneous occurrence of various emergencies. Firstly, by analyzing and summarizing data such as emergency plans, a strategy database categorized by roles is developed. Then, an improved Stochastic Colored Petri Net (SCPN) is used to construct emergency processes oriented towards scenario combinations, with models validated using instances of large passenger flow and passenger falls. Finally, state evolution process in the superimposed scenario was simulated. The results can assist managers in making rapid decisions and enhance the efficiency of emergency response handling.
