In order to provide scientific decision-making basis for the management of pavement in monsoon freezing area, this paper carries out research on the key technical indexes of pavement rehabilitation and maintenance project of high-grade highway in monsoon freezing area. Firstly, the factors affecting the pavement performance are analyzed, and the pavement decay model is selected and calibrated. Focusing on analyzing the correlation between the road condition level (PCI, RQI, PQI) and the key technical indexes, reflecting the change rule of pavement performance, revealing the close connection between the key technical indexes and the demand for pavement rehabilitation and maintenance. The research results provide data support for optimizing the key technical indexes and formulating scientific maintenance strategies, which is of great significance for improving the management level of pavements in the monsoon freezing area.
