This chapter divides the elderly sample in the survey into three groups, namely those who do not use the Internet, those who use the Internet but do not use social networks, and those who use social networks. Then, by comparing the differences in life opportunities, online purchases and life satisfaction among the three groups, the multi-dimensional empowerment of the elderly through the Internet and social networks is clearly demonstrated.
