This chapter examines the quality of education and innovation ability in China. Innovative talents are in urgent need of national development. To accelerate the process of China's innovative national construction, Colleges and universities must accelerate the speed of the training of innovative practical ability of college students. Given the current situation, this chapter analyzes the cultivation path of college students’ innovative practical ability under the background of quality education. It is suggested to improve college students’ innovative practical ability by constructing the cultivation of college students’ innovative practical ability, expanding the support and security system, constructing the talent training model characterized by innovation, and establishing a team of innovative practice-oriented teachers. Through the demonstration and analysis of examples, after using the above innovative practical training path, students’ ability score is significantly higher than before, which can be judged that this training path has a high ability improvement effect. In the future talent training, it can be used as the main innovative training mode.
