Digitalization has had a profound impact on the way customers engage with banking services on a daily basis. This paper underscores the main objectives of the web-based platform, to provide a user-friendly interface, and contemporary cyber-security approaches to meet the shifting customer preferences, thereby safeguarding user data and privacy. It highlights the cyber-security enhancement needed to mitigate against any possible future cyber-threats, a comprehensive implementation of APIs and the use of CoPilot as mandatory steps in the design phase of the digital platform. This paper doesn’t just serve as a blueprint for future developers of secured digital platforms, but also ensures compliant with all appropriate regulations. The scope of this papers covers browser and device compatibility, improve accessibility, and strong security and fraud protection system. It seamlessly integrates third-party services, adopts AI-driven features, and uses agile development to improve user experience.
