The contemporary education system introduces profound changes in the learning and upbringing of the present generation. Each sector of education responds uniquely to the transition to new standards, ranging from early childhood education to university specialization. In doing so, every educational structure must align with the global trend of University 4.0 as a scientific transformation for the sustainable, innovative development of society. The new model of University 4.0 embodies a harmonious unity of scientific-educational, socio-educational, and entrepreneurial potential. The aspect of multiculturalism and inclusivity in education is particularly emphasized. In the realm of university education, some challenges are noted during the transition to the new model, especially in domestic education. On the other hand, the student body keeps pace with the times, thanks to the development of digital technologies. The pedagogical community must adapt to the demands set by society. This research attempts to define the theoretical and methodological aspects, aiming to explore the pedagogical efforts in motivating students of the pedagogical direction within the framework of the University 4.0 education model. The research demonstrates that the university strategy involves orienting towards the end product (graduate) and the client (applicant, student). Therefore, the relevance of this research lies in the importance of motivating students to successful learning and achieving a worthy profession, particularly within the Faculty of Pedagogical Education at the Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev, the primary goal of which is to provide high-quality professional education to future educators so that they can realize themselves in a teaching profession.
