Assessing the Impact of AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Big Data on Corporate Innovation Capability: An Empirical and Machine Learning Approach
摘要
This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, cloud computing, and big data technologies on corporate innovation capability, employing multiple linear regression and machine learning algorithms (Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting) for empirical analysis. The findings reveal that AI and cloud computing technologies have a significant positive effect on corporate innovation capability, while the effects of blockchain and big data technologies are less stable, potentially due to their nascent application stage or supportive roles. Based on these insights, the study suggests that firms prioritize investment in AI and cloud computing to enhance innovation capability, using blockchain and big data as complementary tools. This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for corporate technology investments and innovation strategies.
