AI, through machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, enables user behavior analysis, preference customization, and intelligent interaction, significantly enhancing the personalization and intelligence of user experiences. Meanwhile, big data analyzes user behavior, clicks, and interactions to provide more precise insights and decision-making for UX design. This paper explores how AI and big data combine in UX design to improve design efficiency, automate the design process, and optimize user experience through real-time feedback mechanisms. By analyzing practical cases from e-commerce, social media, and mobile applications, this study illustrates how AI and big data technologies achieve personalized recommendations and intelligent interactions, greatly enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
