Analysis and Research on the Influence of AC Interference on Circuit Output of Thermocouple Sensor Housing
摘要
This article focuses on the analysis and research of the impact of AC interference on the circuit output of the sensor housing. In response to the possible AC noise interference on the sensor housing, a systematic analysis is conducted based on the changes in different frequencies and amplitudes. Through experimental analysis and summary, the changes in the sensor output under AC interference are obtained, and improvement measures are provided. Through this analysis and research, it can be shown that the main factor affecting the output of the sensor circuit is the frequency of AC interference from the casing, followed by peak-to-peak voltage. When the frequency is greater than 8 kHz and the peak-to-peak noise interference reaches a certain level, the DC effective signal of the sensor will be affected by AC interference.
