Design and Application of an Electrical Control System for a Domestically Produced Explosion-Proof Mechanical Arm

In recent years, domestic industrial control products have become increasingly mature and abundant, and domestic brands of PLC and servo drivers have been increasingly applied in the field of industrial mechanical arms. This article is based on the requirements of GB3836 system relational explosion-proof regulations, and designs a domestically produced explosion-proof mechanical arm electrical control system with an independent and controllable domestic servo control system as the core. The mechanical arm motion control software is developed to meet the needs of assisting operators in efficient material handling in explosion-proof areas. The application and reliability of domestically produced servo control products in explosion-proof mechanical arms are actively explored.
