Eco-agile Product Development: Integrating Agile Methods with Sustainability Goals in Innovation Ecosystems
摘要
This paper examines agile methods in product design within innovation ecosystems, focusing on sustainability, resilience, and accountability. It reviews existing research to determine how agile practices address ecosystem complexities, aiding in the creation of market-responsive, environmentally, and socially conscious products. Combining complex adaptive systems (CAS) theory and the green project management (GPM P5) model, the study proposes a management model for inter-organizational collaboration in innovation ecosystems to harness diverse resources and generate innovative ideas. The paper proposes a framework for managing product design in such contexts and calls for further research to develop agile tools tailored to innovation ecosystems, aiming to integrate agile methods with sustainable, resilient, and responsible product innovation goals.
