With the development and widespread application of new-generation information technologies, such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing, the digital transformation of enterprises has become irreversible. The evaluation of enterprise digital transformation has also been brought onto the agenda. Although some initial results have been achieved in the research on digital transformation indicators, it is still worth exploring how to establish a set of evaluation indicators that can support the sustainable development of enterprises and are rich in social responsibility. Based on the existing research foundation of digital transformation evaluation indicators, this paper will establish a set of digital transformation evaluation indicator system for the green energy industry from the three key perspectives of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), which can not only fully adapt to the characteristics of the green energy industry but also integrates ESG factors into traditional digital transformation evaluation indicators, and support its sustainable development.
