摘要

Ideological and political education discourse dissemination is an activity to educate individuals on political, ideological, and moral norms, which is characterised by the generation of dominance, constancy, and creativity in the tension between theorisation and popularisation, history and reality, and deconstruction and construction. In the age of intelligence, the effectiveness of the dissemination of ideological and political education discourse has become the key to evaluating its function of cultivating soul and educating people as well as the social influence of mainstream ideology, and the core lies in the effective dissemination of information. Lasswell’s ‘5W model’ provides theoretical support for identifying the elements of discourse communication. Based on this, a multi-dimensional evaluation model containing 5 primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators, including the subjectivity of the transmitter, the information service power, the discourse output power, the demand response power, and the discourse identity, is constructed to comprehensively show the evaluation of the effectiveness of discourse communication. Improving this evaluation system can play the role of evaluation mechanism and promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education.
