The rapid evolution of wireless communication technologies has led to the emergence of heterogeneous networks (HetNets), which integrate various types of networks such as Wi-Fi, 4G, and 5G. This paper presents a novel approach to vertical handover management using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. We propose an LSTM-based algorithm that predicts the optimal time for handover between different network types, ensuring seamless connectivity and improved Quality of Service (QoS) for mobile users. Our simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in reducing latency and enhancing user experience in dynamic environments.

摘要
