The rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce has transformed global trade by enabling businesses to reach international markets more efficiently than ever before. Traditional educational and assessment systems often fall short in meeting these evolving demands, leading to issues in verifying and validating talent. Blockchain technology, which is renowned for its decentralized and immutable nature, presents a revolutionary approach to addressing these challenges. By integrating blockchain into the education and skill assessment systems for cross-border e-commerce professionals, there is an opportunity to enhance the reliability and efficiency of these processes. This article applies blockchain technology to cross-border e-commerce talent education and intelligent skills assessment, aiming to achieve decentralization in the education system, ensure data storage immutability, and enhance the authenticity and reliability of transaction records in the system. By integrating the Ethereum platform and utilizing programmable smart contracts, the research and implementation of a decentralized management authority mechanism are explored, so that administrative powers are no longer concentrated in the hands of a single administrator. In the system, a multi-administrator voting function is introduced, and decentralization is achieved through the protocols of smart contracts. In the implementation of the system, a combination of traditional databases and blockchain storage is used, with important transaction records stored on the blockchain and other data stored in traditional databases. This approach addresses the issue of storing large volumes of data and ensures that transaction data is recorded on the blockchain and can be authentically traced, thereby perfectly integrating blockchain with the education system.
