A series-fed antenna array using split circular patches for S-band applications is presented. The antenna proposed exhibits circular polarization along with dual-band operation. The simulated −10 dB impedance bandwidth is 67.5 MHz ranging from 2.7175–2.785 GHz to 135 MHz ranging from 3.67 to 3.805 GHz. The below 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth is 6 MHz from 2.744–2.750 GHz to 40 MHz from 3.69 to 3.73 GHz. For this antenna array, the peak gain in the 2.7 GHz band is 10.37 dB, while in the 3.7 GHz band, it is 10 dB.
