China is accelerating the adjustment and optimization of the energy structure, vigorously develop new energy, the fifth Plenary session of the 19th Central Committee proposed “to accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development, promote clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient use of energy”, vigorously develop and use clean energy to replace the consumption of traditional fossil energy (coal, oil, natural gas, etc.) has become the only way for the sustainable development of oil and gas production enterprises. western China oil field Oilfield in 2023 comprehensive energy consumption 68,700 tons of standard coal, energy consumption is mainly natural gas, electricity and crude oil, of which natural gas consumption accounted for 76.37%, electric energy accounted for 13.34, energy consumption is huge, high cost, through the construction of zero fossil energy to use clean energy to replace natural gas, crude oil, coal, thermal power and other traditional energy consumption in oil and gas production. With good economic benefits and good social benefits, it is expected to achieve (1) replace natural gas 5,932,100 square meters/year, save network power consumption 5,042 × 104 kWh/a, and achieve an average of 104 × 104 m3/a of natural gas by optimizing system operation, and save electricity 10.4 million KWH/year. (2) The CO emissions can be reduced to 11,500 tons, and the average annual carbon emissions can be reduced to 2248t by optimizing the system operation mode during the forecast period. After the implementation of the project, the photovoltaic system will generate 4.295 million kilowatt hours per year (25 years per year). (3) It is conducive to improving the electrification rate and increasing the proportion of green electricity, which is 79.20% before the transformation and 80.5% after the transformation.
