The field of wireless sensor network (WSN) is one that receiving a growing amount of attention today. Most sensor networks (SNs) are battery operated and can sense, analyze, and communicate across a wireless channel in an extreme environment. There is an increasing use of WSNs for traffic communication in fields ranging from as agriculture, medicine, home, and the armed forces. The parameters what is at medicine like electrocardiogram (ECG), skin temp (ST), heart rate (HR), and blood pressure (BP) could all be monitored with the use of a WSN. WSNs are used for wide range of applications from simple detection to critical detection in health care. With the increasing development of such network and technology, it will increase the general uses of WSN. The use of WSN is increasing with increase the traffic in network and that leads toward as traffic congestion, arose from the deployment of WSNs in different settings. Buffer overflow is a common cause of the congestion encountered by packet senders. As result, there has been an increase in the rates of packet loss, packet delay, and network throughput while those packets were being transmitted will not reached the sender because of congestion. So to reduce the congestion control, many algorithms have been designed. Although there are many algorithms for controlling the congestion, they still have problems and challenges. In this article, the survey of the existing proposed methods in the various papers is analyzed, and a suitable algorithm method is proposed to obtain congestion control.

摘要
