Sub-Saharan Africa dwelled the world’s vulnerable economies in respect of climate change. This has implication for green growth transition. Thus, this research examined the effect of climate vulnerability on green growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Besides, it examined the moderating effect of resilience and governance in mitigating the undesirable consequences of climate vulnerability on green growth. Methodologically, the study collected secondary data between 2000 and 2021, and employed method of moment quantile regression. The findings established that lower values of resilience and governance have negative moderating effects on vulnerability-green growth connection. However, the inhibiting effect of vulnerability reduced drastically as resilience and governance increase in the sampled countries. The chapter provided social and policy implications for promoting green transitions in SSA.
