Sea ice, the buildup of which only occurred naturally, has enormous dangers for the different global ecosystems, existing sea levels, and human cities. The strategy now being used to minimize these effects is attaining climate neutrality, which refers to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. They focus on analyzing climate neutrality concepts and their application to climate policy and practice, with the view of slowing melted ice caps. They contain an overview of major policy initiatives, essentially reducing carbon emissions, and the part played by international cooperation. This includes topics concerning energy system transition and the part that sound policies, equity, and technology development have to play in addressing climate goals. As indicated in the paper, it is required to stabilize the climate policies to address the scientific targets for reversing the worst rates of ice cap melting.
