Applications of Multi-omics in Human Genetic Disorders

The rise of multi-omics approaches has changed how we might interpret human hereditary issues by giving thorough bits of knowledge into the intricate interplay of genetic, molecular, and ecological factors underlying disease pathogenesis. This chapter features ongoing advances in multi-omics applications, enveloping genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics in unraveling the molecular mechanisms of various genetic disorders. Integrative analysis of multi-omics data helped in investigating novel disease-associated genes, biomarkers and pathways to empower customized diagnostics, remedial interactions and prognostics. Moreover, in this chapter, we also discussed the challenges in the coordination of multi-omics data, including data integration strategies, moral contemplations and computational strategies. By utilizing the power of multi-omics advancements, scientists are ready to take huge steps towards elucidating the genetic design of human diseases and making an interpretation of these findings into clinically noteworthy insight for improved patient care and accurate medication strategies.
