The main goal of this project was to develop a poultry farm monitoring and control system using a web application platform. This system was designed to assist farmers by providing real-time data on temperature, humidity, ammonia levels, and the overall environmental conditions within the poultry houses. As a result, farmers were able to access this information and make informed decisions to maintain animal welfare and productivity. The study employed a combination of descriptive and developmental research methods. A total of thirty (30) respondents, including farmers, agriculturists, veterinarians, and faculty members from the agriculture department, took part in the study. The number of respondents was based on the suggestion of Jakob Nielsen [2012], which states that for quantitative studies, usability tests can be deployed on at least twenty (20) users to get statistically significant numbers. These respondents were able to remotely monitor the data and use it to inform decision-making processes.
