Investigation and Improvement of the Efficiency of Solar PV Systems with Dual Axis Solar Tracker Utilizing Arduino UNO

Utilizing non-renewable and renewable resources has grown significantly in recent years due to the high demand for electricity generation. The solar panel may not constantly face the direction of the sun because the solar panel power system is often immobile. As a result, the solar panel will not always absorb the maximum amount of sunlight, which lowers the solar photovoltaic system’s efficiency. “Dual Axis Solar Tracking Systems (DASTS)” are suggested as a solution to this flaw. To increase the system’s effectiveness and prevent damage, the solar photovoltaic panel’s surface should be cleaned on a regular basis. The wiper control mechanism can be used to do this. The suggested cleaning method works by first misting the photovoltaic panel’s surface with water and then utilizing a DC motor to move the wiper. The photovoltaic system’s efficiency can be greatly increased with this design.
