Genitourinary Cancer
摘要
The chapter discusses various applications of near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging in genitourinary cancer surgeries. It covers the use of indocyanine green (ICG) for margin evaluation during partial nephrectomy in renal cancer, tumor-targeted NIRF imaging, and renal function protection. For bladder cancer, it includes photodynamic diagnosis and NIRF imaging for cancer identification. In prostate cancer, it discusses margin evaluation during radical prostatectomy and sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping. Penile cancer sections cover SLN mapping and inguinal lymph node dissection. The text also addresses ureteral protection through visualization techniques like ICG, ASP5354, and the NIR fluorescent ureteral catheter (NIRFUC), as well as the assessment of ureteral blood supply during urinary tract reconstruction.
