In this chapter, I will describe the South African case in order to evaluate C-SSM formulated in the previous chapter in a new context. The main point of the evaluation is to make sure that the actual transformation (AT) of C-SSM did happen in the case as the attainment of teamwork with trust at the actuality level. I will also explore the feasibility of using the harmonisation of actuality and reality by C-SSM as a basis to reconcile the global and the local, which is one of the main issues for developing countries.

摘要
