This study aims to tackle lighting issues in urban buildings, like insufficient design standards in older structures or excessive glazing in glass curtain walls. We propose using building facades to address these problems. While dynamic facades can regulate indoor comfort based on environmental changes, they often incur high maintenance costs and energy consumption. Our approach involves analyzing the environment and generating facades optimized for current conditions to maximize indoor lighting.

摘要

This study aims to tackle lighting issues in urban buildings, like insufficient design standards in older structures or excessive glazing in glass curtain walls. We propose using building facades to address these problems. While dynamic facades can regulate indoor comfort based on environmental changes, they often incur high maintenance costs and energy consumption. Our approach involves analyzing the environment and generating facades optimized for current conditions to maximize indoor lighting.
