Quercetin is a flavonol present in most fruits and vegetables. It has immense potential for treating various diseases. It also has antibacterial and antiviral effects. The present study focussed on In silico analysis of Quercetin derivatives against Covid spike protease PDB ID 7CAB.It is evident that Quercetin derivatives have anti-covid effects with high binding affinity ranging from −6.5 Kcal/mol to −11.8 Kcal/mol and can be highly useful for future drug development for Covid.
