摘要

This research paper proposes a new system for monitoring and controlling machining processes in industrial automation using IoT and cloud computing technologies. The system employs a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and an ESP32 microcontroller for wireless data transmission to a remote monitoring station via the Internet. The system architecture comprises data acquisition, processing, and visualization modules that collect real-time data from the machining process, analyze it using machine learning algorithms, and provide a user-friendly interface for remote control and monitoring. The proposed system is tested and evaluated on a real-world industrial machining process, and the study concludes that it can optimize the machining process while ensuring data security, accuracy, and reliability, making it suitable for industrial automation.
