Implementing digital intelligent manufacturing construction is one of the key technologies for the upgrading and transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises. Enterprise information construction can promote the transformation of enterprises from production methods to management and control models, and realize the optimization of process flows. Moreover, this can also greatly promote the improvement of labor efficiency and production efficiency on the premise of reducing production costs. This paper studies the digital intelligent manufacturing construction of engine connecting rod manufacturing enterprises, and designs and develops an integrated intelligent manufacturing system. The system includes main functions such as product traceability module, digital workshop manufacturing execution system (MES), and warehouse management system (WMS). Using this system, we can realize the integration of human resources, product cost, price, inventory, technical standards, design and manufacturing, production control, quality status and other business systems, so that relevant personnel can obtain comprehensive information effectively, timely and accurately, and improve the overall response speed and accuracy.
