In order to more convenient and effective use of earned value theory to the construction quality, progress, cost of collaborative management, this paper from the theoretical analysis to contact the specific implementation, this paper uses the nuclear island installation project non-equipment work package (EM4\5\6\8\9) “point” system of the standard quantitative way to establish IFS, P6, PU and other information software deployment and link relationship, The automatic tracking of three-level schedule, the automatic calculation of earned value and the accumulation of cost structured database are realized. After the business system is put into normal operation, all kinds of management actions can be optimized in different degrees.
