Forecast of Labor Unit Price in the Construction Engineering Market Based on Big Data Learning by Fuzzy Neural Network

At present, the level of labor unit price in the construction project budget quota is generally low, and there is a significant gap with the actual level of labor unit price in the market. For construction projects, the market labor unit price is of great significance to all participants. Considering many factors can affect the market labor unit price, this article determines the influencing factors based on the importance of each factor and the difficulty of data acquisition. Simultaneously, considering the influence factors of market labor unit price have a certain degree of fuzzy uncertainty, this article based on the concept of big data learning, and proposed to use FNN (Fuzzy Neural Network) to forecast market labor unit price. Then a specific example is provided to prove the effectiveness of this method.
