Joint Allocation of Caching and Computing Resources for Service Placement in D2D-Enabled MEC Networks
摘要
In mobile edge computing (MEO) networks, for service placement, service-related programs or databases need to be deployed before the corresponding service requests can be processed at edge nodes. Determining where to deploy services and how to allocate computing tasks is acritical issue, To meet users’ low-latency service requirements, this paper proposes a service placement (DMSP) scheme in D2D-Enabled MEC net-works. We first construct the model of service placement and allocation of offloaded computing tasks. By jointly optimizing the storage and computing resources, we aim to minimize the total cost of requested services. Local search algorithms are proposed to obtain the service placement and tasks allocation scheme in polynomial time. We solve the problem of which service to deploy at which node and where to allocate the offloaded computing tasks of service requests. Simulation results show that our proposed DMSP scheme can reduce the cost of service requirement. And the DMSP scheme is superior to other three benchmarks.
