This study first compares the different GBRS of DCs, points out the differences in the weights of the primary indicators of different GDCES, and analyzes the focus of different countries or regions on DCs. Then, it examines the differences in the distribution of the weights of the secondary indicators of different GDCES. Finally, the reasons for the differences in the distribution of the weights of the primary and secondary indicators of GDCES in different countries or areas are analyzed. The results show that the differences in the weight distribution of GDCES in different countries or regions are geographic location, national resource strategy and national industrial structure. This study fills the gap in the research on the complete green evaluation system of DCs and helps to develop green evaluation standards for DCs.
