The objective of this paper is to investigate the strategic method of comprehending artificial intelligence (AI) for supporting and servicing education. The recent scholarly works have been analyzed in terms of their literature review on the use of artificial intelligence for supporting and servicing education. The discovery showed that utilizing artificial intelligence in supporting education created a bridge in designing instruction for teaching and learning, with the potential to enhance and build educational services through developing subject material content. Therefore, this paper aims to provide insights on enhancing educational services with AI mainly through theoretical foundations and perspectives.
