The essence of technology adoption in enhancing the learning quality performance has been widely explored mainly in light with the teachers playing crucial role. However, less scholarly attention on looking into detail on such advanced studies in the aspect of technology-assisted instructional design. This article aims to examine the strategic way on advancing the learning quality performance through technology adoption. This is to ensure the smooth functioning of teaching and learning processes within schools. The approach was designed through qualitative based research through the following phases. Those are collection, analysis, and description in giving the comprehensive picture of the technology adoption for advancing the method to enhance the learning quality performance. The findings of the study show that the technology adoption for advancing the learning quality performance has been the major element to sustain the strategic attempts on technology-assisted instructional design.
